Delivery Information

At Coolings we understand that some of your purchases may be too big, heavy or cumbersome to take with you, so why not use our delivery service.

Using our fleet of environmentally friendly, biodiesel powered vans, our very own delivery team can bring your purchases direct to you. As we have a few garden centres, delivery areas will vary. Please check below for more details. Our delivery charge is based on the distance we have to travel. During normal trading we deliver to certain postcode regions on specific days of the week.

During the current closure period we have had to suspend our online shopping and delivery service for our Coolings Wych Cross Garden Centre and Coolings Potted Garden Nursery customers. We simply do not have the resourse available to fulfill sales in these areas, thank you for your patience – we are working on a solution and will announce any changes or updates to this service.

Please note that deliveries made within a congestion charging zone will be subject to any necessary charges over and above the delivery charge.

Deliveries outside our regular area are possible and subject to a quote during normal trading conditions. Please contact us and we can advise on whether it could be accommodated.

WHILST YOU CAN NO LONGER VISIT, YOU CAN STILL SHOP WITH COOLINGS:

– ORDER ONLINE AT WWW.COOLINGSONLINE.CO.UK FOR LOCAL DELIVERY FROM KNOCKHOLT. Delivery from £6.25 and orders over £80 may qualify for FREE delivery (see below).

We are currently only able to provide a local delivery service from Coolings The Gardener’s Garden Centre, Rushmore Hill, Knockholt. Unfortunately, we have had to suspend our delivery service for customers normally shopping from our Potted Garden and Wych Cross stores, and remote regions beyond the postcodes outlined below.

We are endeavouring to deliver orders within 3-4 days, but this may vary subject to the volume of orders currently being processed.

We will be utilising our own team of drivers and vehicles, with Public Health England guidelines on social distancing being observed by our staff at all times. We will be placing your goods outside the front of your house within the front garden where possible, but we are unable to enter any area of the house nor around the side of properties. We will ring the doorbell to notify you of the delivery, but this is a contactless service and will not require a signature.

If your delivery postcode falls within our inner regions listed above, the following charges will apply:

Order total up to £80 = £6.25 Charge

Order total over £80 = Delivery Free of Charge

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to outer regions at the moment as we are operating with a very reduced staff team, who are watering and caring for the plants as well as fulfiling and delivering orders.
